Having always come a second to his brother in the eyes of his own family, Sasuke made it his mission to eventually defeat his older brother although he spared his life in the village attacks.

Over the course of time throughout the series on his quest for revenge, Sasuke learned to manipulate fire and electricity to create effective weapons.
