Some of the fiercest men to ever battle one another were the Gladiators of the roman coliseum in the ancient days of the emperors. Men from all over the empire, either defeated in battle or bought as slaves, these warriors fought for not only the amusement of the crowds of Romans who cheered them on, but for their very lives and a chance at freedom.

Outfit yourself for battle in the roman arena with a Gladiator costume. One version contains a weathered white tunic to be worn underneath a series of faux leather straps, belted at the waist. Also included are black, faux leather shin guards and wrist protectors.

Add more weapons to your arsenal and increase your chances of victory in the gladiatorial arena with some accessories. Pick up a plastic sword and shield set, or reinforce your armor. For an even more classic Gladiator look, use a double-ended warrior trident and net, another method of combat preferred by these combatants.
