I dare you to find a witchier woman than the evil Bellatrix LeStrange in J.K. Rowling's harry potter series of books and their accompanying films. The devoted servant and Death Eater to Lord voldemort, Bellatrix held out hope that her Dark Lord would return even after his defeat at the infant hands of The Boy Who Lived. Dress up in your post-Azkaban best with an officially licensed harry potter costume especially for female Death Eaters, perhaps the most prominent of which was Ms. Bellatrix LeStrange herself.
